Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Appointment Setter/Telemarketer to join our winning team! We are looking for someone to schedule both warm and cold leads for our sales team. This position will be based out of our office in Dubuque, IA.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a high dial activity environment making outbound calls.
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude to succeed at a proven sales company.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team using warm leads and/or the database of prospects provided.
• Manage and update all leads in our CRM database.
• Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management.

Requirements

• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic, tenacious and results driven.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Basic computer skills and experience with standard office programs-Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
• Must be available to work 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday-Thursday and Saturday mornings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
