Hours: M-F 9:00-4:30 CST

** Base wage of $16.50 per hour + Transfer bonuses up to $15 each.....

• Transfer an average of 11 per day and make $53k/year

Salary: $43,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Operate in a high dial activity environment making outbound calls.
• Call on customers who requested a quote, verify information and transfer to one of our sales agents.
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude to succeed at a proven sales company.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team using warm leads and/or the database of prospects provided.
• Manage and update all leads in our CRM database.

Requirements

• Must be located in Iowa, Illinois, or Minnesota.
• Minimum 2 years appointment setting experience.
• For Fully Remote - must have a quiet, dedicated work space/office at home
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic, tenacious and results driven.
• Basic computer skills and experience with standard office programs-Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
