Our 20+ year Iowa Allstate Insurance agency is looking to hire an Insurance Sales Representative. As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the needed coverage, at the best possible price.

Our number one goal has always been to take care of those on our team, and this is followed closely by making sure our clients have an EXTRAORDINARY experience during every interaction with our team. This experience starts with our Agents who help welcome new clients to our agency family.

Responsibilities

- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations over the phone, and close sales.

- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

- Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

- Professional phone etiquette.

- Problem-Solving Capabilities.

-Must be coachable and an excellent communicator.

-Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team.

If you have experience as a Server or Bartender, Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Advisor, Bank Teller, Account Representative, or Telephone Sales Representative, you may be a great fit for this role.
