Our sales are up! We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. You will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. Our insurance agency is expanding and another lucrative position on our sales team is now available!

$50-$80K per year base + commission combined

Up to 12% commission

Salary: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Create client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Requirements

• Be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license.
• Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
• Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Advancement Opportunities: Advancement available to move into senior or management positions, even mentorship to become a business owner.
