DiBuduo & DeFendis Insurance is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. As we continue to grow, we are always looking to add talented professionals to our organization. Our team prides itself on providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our customers. We are currently looking for a candidate who has an active California Property and Casualty license and wants to be a part of our fun and friendly team! A qualified candidate would be responsible for maintaining professional and personalized relationships with our clients, insurance companies, and other agency personnel.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• You will be analyzing new personal applications, potential business client exposures, and recommending appropriate coverage solutions. 
• You will be cross-selling, up-selling, and delivering comprehensive proposals. 
• You will stay current on industry changes and remain up to date on continuing education. 
• You will work to maintain thorough and accurate client notes and documentation. 
• You will be fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention and brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Must possess a California Property & Casualty License.
• Experience with managing personal lines accounts. (5+ years a bonus!)
• Basic computer and technology proficiency. (EPIC experience a bonus!) 
• Must conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication; via the phone, email, and face to face.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
