Davis-Dyer Max Insurance is on the hunt for the ideal candidate to take on our Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative position. This ideal candidate will work with a team of Account Managers and should be well-versed in the field of Commercial Insurance.  They should also hold a Texas Property and Casualty General Lines Agent License. They should  possess the high motivation and strong work ethic it takes to be a successful Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. An enthusiastic and friendly personality is also an important characteristic to have for this position, as you will be responsible for taking care of our clients' needs, while building strong, professional relationships with them. Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to all of our clients
• Process endorsements, policies and certificates of insurance
• Monitor notice of cancellations and reinstatements
• Review and invoice audits
• Handling or assisting with all client claims, policy changes, billing inquiries, etc.

Requirements

• Currently possess a Texas Property and Casualty General Lines Agent License.
• About 1-3 years experience in the Commercial Lines Insurance industry
• AMS360 experience is a plus!
