You should also have exceptional organizational skills, such as great time management, and a detail-oriented attitude towards your work; these are necessary, as the administrative duties of this position must be handled in an orderly, precise manner. Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service to all of our clients
  • Rating new and renewal business
  • Process endorsements, policies, policy changes and evidence of property requests
  • Assisting clients with claims & billing questions
  • Monitoring notice of cancellations and reinstatements

Requirements

  • Currently possess a Texas Property and Casualty General Lines Agent License.
  • About 1-3 years experience in the Personal Lines Insurance industry
  • Knowledge of basic office computer softwares/applications
    • Knowledge of / experience with AMS 360 is a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Professional office and phone etiquette
