Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develops new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Present insurance proposals and closes sales.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain professional knowledge of new and current products.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license. (State of Texas)
• Must be able to obtain Life & Health license. (State of Texas)
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
