Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
• Assist customers with product information and ensure they have a positive experience when interacting with our company.
• Efficiently handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in basic software applications.
• Property & Casualty License required or willing to obtain
