Job Description

We are looking for a Motivated, Results-driven Auto Insurance Sales Agent to join our Top Producing team.

We handle the Quoting & Processing so you can focus on what matters most — SALES.

What We're Looking For

• Current Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willing to obtain before start
• Strong communication & people skills
• Comfortable working in a phone/remote sales environment
• Prior insurance or sales experience a plus — not required

Compensation

• Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
• Top producers earn $6K – $10K per month
• The more leads you work, the more you earn — it's in your hands

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Contact & qualify leads
• Present & Sell auto insurance policies to prospective customers
• Follow up with leads using our CRM system
• Meet & exceed monthly sales targets
• Build relationships that generate referrals & reviews

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License Required (Texas)
• A confident sales professional who thrives on clear goals & consistent results
