Responsibilities

We provide you with Training & Support so you can:

• Contact existing & prospective Medicare Clients
• Ask key questions to understand their Needs for the upcoming year
• Present Medicare Advantage Options tailored to each Prospect's Goals
• Sell & Promote Medicare Advantage & related products
• Multitask across Insurance Platforms & Carrier Sites
• Solve Client Problems with Confidence, Urgency, & Professionalism
• Track every Lead, Quote, & Sale in the CRM

Requirements

You're a Fit If You:

• Hold a current Texas Life & Health License
• Genuinely Care about Seniors & their Wellbeing
• Are a Proven Sales Producer who knows how to ask for the sale
• Are a Strong Multitasker, comfortable working across platforms
• Have Active Listening skills & can uncover Client Needs
• Have a Sales Mindset driven by Financial Success & Impact
