You control your own schedule but here's what success looks like:

• Generate new business through leads (we provide some & teach you to create your own)

• Sell & promote Life Insurance
• Track every lead, quote, & sale in your CRM — your business, your responsibility

Requirements

• Licensed Life & Health Agent (Texas)
• A sales hunter who thrives on competition and results
• Self-motivated & disciplined: no one will "hold your hand"
• Coachability independent but welcome guidance & training
• A genuine desire to help clients protect their families & future
