This is a Full Time Position.

Our Customer Service Sales Representative is responsible for?providing?Exceptional Customer Service to our Prospects & Current Clients by Phone, Email, & Text.

Texas Property?& Casualty License is required.?

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Contact Businesses or Households by Text, Email, & Phone
• Secure Appointments for Agency
• Secure Appointments for Producer Follow-ups
• Record Names, Addresses, Purchases, & Prospect/Client Sales Details
• Submit Daily Records of Prospect/Client
• Market Farmers Insurance, HPG Brokerage's Products & Services
• Prospect for New Business & Sales Opportunities
• Quote Insurance, Follow-up with Clients, & offer Superb Service

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License
• Develop Insurance Quotes, makes Sales Presentations, & close Sales
• Meet New Business Production Goals
