Daiju Yoshino Insurance Agency is hiring an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to take ownership of new commercial business production. This is a dedicated new-business role with an enhanced commission structure and pay rate, reflecting the experience and production level required. You'll focus on prospecting, quoting, and closing new commercial accounts while our service and account management team handles retention on the business you write.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new commercial lines business to meet assigned monthly premium goals.

• Write new Farmers policies each month as part of monthly production targets.

• Generate qualified life insurance and personal lines referrals each month.

• Manage a pipeline of prospects and quotes, keeping tasks and follow-ups current.

• Respond promptly to client, carrier, and vendor communications.

• Complete required documentation and binding requirements accurately and on time.

• Maintain professional, clear communication with clients and carriers.

• Support the service team as needed to help retain the accounts you write.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales/production (property & casualty), with a track record of writing new business.

• Active California Property & Casualty producer license, or ability to obtain one promptly.

• Working knowledge of core commercial lines products (e.g., BOP, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto).

• Comfortable using an agency management system/CRM to manage pipeline and tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated and able to consistently meet monthly production goals.

• Reliable, in-office attendance and punctuality.
