Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Life and Financial Services Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for providing life insurance and financial services to clients, helping them protect their families, businesses, and financial futures. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, strong sales skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Salary: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and financial products.

Educate clients on various life insurance policies, retirement planning, and wealth management options.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

Conduct financial needs assessments and provide tailored solutions.

Process applications, follow up on underwriting, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients.

Stay up to date on industry trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with other agents and team members to provide holistic insurance and financial solutions.

Requirements

Active Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain).

Experience in life insurance sales, financial services, or related field.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Conduct annual reviews and provide customer service for existing clients

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
