We are an established Houston area Mega-Insurance Agency. Our multiple agencies have doubled each year over the last 5 years, and we are expanding rapidly. We offer wide-ranging opportunities for income and the ability to move quickly to management and agency ownership.
SUMMARY
We are in search of an additional 30 Licensed Sales Producers to accommodate our needs and opportunities.
WHAT WE OFFER
SUPERIOR compensation plan including: First year potential up to $127,000 a year; pay/salary, monthly commission, and annual bonus benefits.
Extensive lead generation: Our agencies have an average monthly marketing budget of $30,000 effectively spent on a variety of the most proven lead sources. We have a close ratio of greater than 35% broad range of various income streams with extensive product lines in P&C, Life, Retirement, Commercial, and Allstate Benefits, which provide exponential opportunities to increase total compensation.

Tools and resources provided to help you succeed: Laptop, CRM that features Virtual Assistant with workflow automation, campaign dialer, and lead assignment. We also offer daily sales training platform to help start writing business on day 1 from ASA (Agency Sales Academy), Agency Zoom which tracks your daily/weekly/monthly closed business, goals, commissions, referrals, and pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS
General Lines Texas Property & Casualty license is required
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and social/outgoing personality and enjoys a dynamic team environment
Preferred 2 years of insurance sales experience but will consider dynamic, high-energy and driven professionals

Salary: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
