Responsibilities

• Manage agents' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and agenda preparation.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails, taking messages as necessary.
• Order and maintain office supplies, monitoring inventory levels.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using Canva or Adobe is preferred.
