We are seeking Top Customer Service Professionals to join our team! You will go out and create new business, educate customers on the benefits of community solar, answer customer questions, and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Our company helps customers get a guaranteed savings by switching to a local Community Solar Farm. The Community Solar Representatives job is to provide a customized savings report and explanation of the ease of using energy from the local solar farm.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

-Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
-Prospect and contact potential customers
-Reach agreed upon targets by the deadline
-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
-Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
-Ability to build rapport with clients
-Strong negotiation skills
-Deadline and detail-oriented
-Drivers license and vehicle preferred
