Chris Humphrey Insurance Agency (Kinston location) is seeking passionate, self-driven, natural networker's with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives – to sell, market, and service our superior, differentiated insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent you would help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.

• Must have ability to multi-task.
• A property & casualty license is preferred but will train the right individual.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Professional phone etiquette.

• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
