This position will aid in the growth of marketing initiatives and business development in the Hampton Roads market space and surrounding regions to support our sales team in obtaining agency growth for personal lines, commercial lines and other financial and insurance lines of business.
This position is high-energy, high-engagement and high-octane. All applicants need to be exceptional at interacting with and connecting with people, and have the ability to convert all interactions towards sales-focused conversations.
Salary: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
