The primary focus of the role is to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. The successful candidate must first be able to show a proven track record of increasing sales revenues and meeting or exceeding personal targets. Secondly, show they have the initiative to impact positive change to add value to our business.

Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities;
  •  Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements;
  •  Provide engaging and articulate information about Choice’s value proposition to potential customers.
  •  Maintain well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads
  •  Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision-makers to begin the sales process
  • Client Account maintenance in CRM database
  •  Collaborate with Sales and Business Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches develop a calendar of activities to continually work prospect list
  •  Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  •  Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
  •  Assist with Set up sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
  •  Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
  •  Attend periodic sales training where applicable
  •  Be a Key Team Player and assist all sales team where needed for success of entire Sales Team
  •  Perform other duties as assigned


Data Entry skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  •  Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars, and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
  • Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues
  • Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team, and senior management
  •  Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimization
  •  Adhere to company policies, procedures culture, and business ethics.
  •  Develop a strong knowledge of Choice’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process;
  •  Understand how the benefits of Choice’s products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals
  • Proven experience as data entry clerk
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Great attention to detail


Required Experience

  • 3-5 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation
  • Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM;
  • Experience working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
  • Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.
  • High school diploma 

Position Summary

  • The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support our Account Managers. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential!
