- Assist clients with insurance solutions tailored to their needs
- Generate new business through the provided leads and referrals
- Present and explain insurance coverage options clearly and accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing account support
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
Requirements
- Sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Be Coachable
- Ability to obtain state required insurance licenses: Property, Casualty, Life, & Health
