You will have the opportunity to earn extra high commissions in your first 3 years of business (up to 300% extra commissions in your 1st year!), along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus to get you started on the path to success!

You will have an enormous amount of support from the district team and be guided by an experienced group of leaders. You will be rewarded for your ambition with numerous bonus opportunities monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Our Leadership Approach

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, health, medicare, and financial services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support day-to-day agency operations
  • Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
  • Engage in community outreach and networking activities

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
  • Commitment to ethical business practices
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (or willingness to obtain—licensing classes provided)
  • Series 6, 63 or 65 licenses preferred, but not required (licensing assistance available)
