Farmers offers a lucrative commissions schedule, along with numerous bonus opportunities, including a sign-on bonus of $5,000 plus monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses. You will have the opportunity to earn extra high commissions in your first 3 years of business!!! You will have access to proven systems, marketing tools, and operational resources. Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, health, medicare, and financial services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support day-to-day agency operations
  • Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
  • Engage in community outreach and networking activities

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Natural leadership skills with a passion for developing others
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
  • Commitment to ethical business practices
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses required; assistance available
  • Series 6, 63, & 65 preferred, but not required.
