This role is designed for professionals who already know how to build relationships, manage responsibility, and guide clients through important decisions—but want a clearer path forward. As an Agent in Training, you’ll gain real-world experience, structured coaching, and hands-on exposure to agency operations while preparing for future leadership and agency ownership opportunities.

You’re not expected to have insurance experience—we’ll teach that part. What matters most is your work ethic, integrity, and commitment to growth.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

  • Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, and health
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Support agency operations and day-to-day workflows
  • Participate in coaching, training, and professional development
  • Engage in community networking and relationship building

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Background in banking, finance, sales, customer service, or advisory roles preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Coachable mindset with strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Commitment to ethical business practices
  • Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (licensing assistance provided)
  • Series 6, 63, & 65 license preferred, but not required (licensing assistance provided)
