Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Insurance Service & Sales Representative:

  • Communicating with customers
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and help clients buy
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients consistently
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating our databases
  • Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
  • Ability to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team

Requirements

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales & Service Representative:

  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
  • Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
  • Property/casualty Insurance license (we will help you get it)
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethics
  • General computer and typing skills
  • Must be coachable
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and determined
