Farmers Insurance District Office in Tualatin is seeking sales professionals who are looking to build on their experience and establish ownership in their communities.

As part of our 2021 development plans, Farmers is offering a $5,000 signing bonus, up to 300% commission bonus monthly, up to 60% annual commission bonus, in addition to our competitive compensation structure.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Manage and coach a sales/support team. 

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years professional office experience required.
• 2 years experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred.
• Must possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license (or willing to obtain).
• Must possess a Life & Health Insurance license (or willing to obtain).
