Salary: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, billing, coverages, and claims
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Cross-sell and upsell additional policies when appropriate
• Maintain detailed and organized client records using agency systems (e.g., AgencyZoom, Woosender, Farmers Dashboard)
• Assist producers with quoting, follow-ups, and documentation as needed
• Support office operations, including answering phones, routing calls, and scheduling appointments
• Provide timely, professional, and solutions-focused communication via phone, email, and text
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and agency events

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in insurance
• Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to help others
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work both independently and in a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
