Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Agent who can hit the ground running. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new commercial business, building long-term relationships with business owners, and delivering customized insurance solutions that fit their unique operations and risks. You’ll take full ownership of your sales pipeline—from prospecting and quoting to closing deals and servicing accounts—while working closely with our team to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage your leads and referrals
• Quote and bind policies for various commercial lines
• Educate clients on risk management and coverage options
• Cross-sell and upsell across all product lines
• Maintain detailed records using agency CRM systems

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience
• Strong knowledge of general liability, BOPs, workers' comp, commercial auto, and more
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Active General Lines (Property & Casualty) license required
