Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Agent with a proven track record in the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate policies. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
• Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients' coverage aligns with their evolving needs.

Sales and Business Development:

• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of client interactions and transactions.
• Stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Insurance Agent with a minimum of 3 years in the P&C industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building a book of business.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Texas

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry software and tools.

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least, you can expect to make $75,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.
