Salary: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and helpful manner.

Bilingual Support: Assist customers in both English and Spanish to ensure effective communication and understanding.

Insurance Guidance: Educate customers about insurance products and help them choose the coverage that best suits their needs.

Policy Management: Handle policy changes, updates, and renewals with accuracy and attention to detail.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Bilingual Fluency: Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear explanations.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately document customer information and policy details.
