Compensation:
- $36,000 base salary
- $60,000–$80,000+ total earnings (base + commissions)
- Monthly bonuses + performance incentives
Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (insurance experience is a plus, not required)
- Willingness to get licensed — we help with licensing
- Fast learner who can understand products and offer solutions
- Passion for helping people and guiding them to the right coverage
- Strong integrity and work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with call volume
- Ability to build trust over the phone
- Growth mindset — open to coaching and development
