Job Description

We are looking to hire a customer service driven individual to fill a full-time position in the agency. Candidate must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and detail focused. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing policy change requests, scheduling appointments as well as marketing to new clients. No prior experience in the Insurance industry is required, however a Property and Casualty license is required within 30 days of hire (agency will pay for exam prep upon hiring).

Salary: $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. 

Requirements

Education Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Requirements

Customer Service Experience preferred.
