Need a career instead of another job? I am looking to expand and add an additional property and casualty agent. I have 3 licensed agents and a customer service rep and I'm looking for continued growth of the agency.

I provide a competitive base salary, commission, monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus. I also provide paid time off, BCBS health and dental insurance and continue to expand benefits. We have a great work environment and attitude. You will earn between $30-75k yearly with the potential to earn 6 figures.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
