Burrowes Insurance is looking for bright, talented, professional Commercial & Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producers to join our Independent Insurance Agency. Our Sales Producers (SPs) will be responsible for expanding our agency's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

American Integrity, AmWINS, Bass Underwriters, Berkshire Hathaway, Citizens, Cypress P&C, Edison, Federated Nat™l, Florida Peninsula, Foremost, Heritage, Mercury, Monarch, Progressive, RPS, Safe Harbor, Safeco, A Liberty Mutual Co., Security First, St. Johns, Tower Hill, Travelers, Trinity, Universal of N.A., Universal Property & Casualty, US Coastal P&C, etc.
6 Back-end support within the agency to:
Process New Business files, Service existing clients throughout the policy period and conduct follow-ups as required to secure renewals.
7 Assistance with licensing (if not currently)
8 An environment to be successful.
9- Leads from clients requesting insurance quotes.
 

Responsibilities

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Develop processes for attracting new clients
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Requirements

• Highly Motivated
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Will have to pass a state license exam (220)
