A Producer Agent position with our agency offers you endless opportunities within our company, Farmers Insurance and the insurance industry. We provide you with training, a licensing stipend, and prospects in order to position you to solicit, propose, and advise on the insurance portfolios of individuals and businesses.

We provide flexible work schedules, a Farmers branded office, intensive training to sell, prospects to sell and a stipend for licensing if you don't yet have your insurance licenses.?

Producers can earn up to $90,000 per year inclusive of commissions and bonus opportunities.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance products

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and leads

• Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients

• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Requirements

• Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Life & Health Insurance License
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)

• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-up
• Clear background per insurance carrier requirement
