The Client Experience & Marketing Growth Specialist will work directly with the agency owner to support the growth and development of the agency through relationship building, marketing execution, and calendar management.
This role is responsible for creating meaningful client interactions, strengthening referral partnerships, and ensuring the agency maintains a strong and consistent presence in the community.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in communicating with clients and professionals. This individual will take ownership of daily activities that contribute to business growth, including outreach, scheduling, and follow-up.
Salary: $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and referral partners
Conduct outbound calls and messages to engage clients and schedule meetings
Coordinate and schedule lunches, coffee meetings, and networking events
Manage and optimize the agency owner’s calendar to prioritize growth activities
Develop and manage communication through platforms such as WhatsApp
Assist in executing marketing strategies, including social media coordination and client outreach
Support the planning and execution of networking and client appreciation events
Track interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities to ensure consistent communication
Assist in building and maintaining a strong Center of Influence (COI) network
Generate and nurture referral opportunities through consistent engagement
Provide a high level of client service to enhance the overall client experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative without constant supervision
Professional phone etiquette and confidence speaking with clients and business professionals
Ability to schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments efficiently
Basic understanding of marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly
