As an Insurance Telemarketer, your primary role is to connect with potential clients by phone, introduce them to our agency's offerings, and generate interest in obtaining a quote for Property & Casualty and Life Insurance. You’ll be the first point of contact and play a vital role in fueling the sales pipeline.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus and strongly preferred due to our diverse client base.
Please note: To receive commissions on any policies sold, you must hold an active license in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance.
Salary: $24,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Make outbound calls to potential clients daily using call lists or CRM system
Introduce agency services and explain the value of Property & Casualty and Life Insurance coverage
Ask key qualifying questions to identify interested prospects
Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to licensed agents
Follow up with warm leads via phone, text, or email
Maintain detailed call logs and update lead information in CRM
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation goals
Represent the agency in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
Confident, clear, and professional communicator
Spanish-English bilingual preferred
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections positively
High energy, goal-driven, and coachable attitude
Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
Must be licensed in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance to earn commissions
Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
