Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring the following:

The desire to win in sales!

P&C insurance license

You're comfortable walking into a business, starting a conversation, and owning the room without being pushy.

Sales experience is a plus but mindset matters more than resume bullets.

You're coachable, competitive, and ready to learn the business inside and out.
