You have a passion for helping others, and put that into practice by providing guidance to clients so they have the right coverage to protect what matters most to them. You have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy the challenge of problem solving to ensure client retention. As our Employee Benefits Sales Representative, you bring your insurance sales experience and Life & Health Insurance industry knowledge to build rapport with clients and carriers, and are committed to pursuing continuing education to stay on the forefront of industry trends.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Using your attention to detail & presentation skills, you’ll be making sales presentations, and closing sales. 
  • With your excellent relationship building talents, you’ll be building clientele via prospecting, warm leads, and by obtaining referrals. 
  • You’ll have the opportunity to treat each client interaction as an opportunity to educate & advise clients and round out their accounts. 
  • Utilizing your negotiation skills, you’ll be overcoming objections and winning back former clients.
  • Working with our management team, you’ll be setting and achieving sales goals. 

Requirements

  • Life & Health License Required. 
  • 3+ years Life & Health sales experience preferred 
  • Detail oriented with exemplary critical thinking skills. 
  • A team player who is self motivated and goal oriented. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
