Farmers Insurance - Yoder Agency is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative with a revenue-driven mindset. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and exhibits excellent interpersonal skills to handle client needs - in person, or over the phone. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will have attention to detail, follow-through and eagerness to market our products are very important in handling daily activities of the office. A Customer Service and Sales Representative must have good organizational skills and an ability to prioritize. This position has the potential to develop into a rewarding career in insurance, with unlimited possibilities. Pay is based on experience. Salary: $36,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Handling customer issues and claims.
• Performing cross selling sales activities.
• Increase revenue for the agency via phone sales
• Must be proficient on the computer.
• Able to attend client events as needed?

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Two plus years of insurance experience preferred
• Property and Casualty Licensed, or obtain in 90 days
