Salary: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments and provide personalized recommendations to clients.
• Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, including coverage limits, deductibles, and premiums.
• Review and update client policies as needed, ensuring they have adequate coverage.
• Process policy changes, policy renewals, and policy cancellations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely and accurate information.
• Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred..
• Prior experience in sales required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
