As a Sales Representative, you will work with our dynamic, community-oriented sales team ensuring our clients have the proper insurance coverage. You will also have the opportunity to build rapport quickly and foster new relationships with potential clients. Sales positions are available in Canton, Livonia, and Plymouth.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• You will be prospecting for new clients through networking, and using lead databases.
• You will be meeting new business goals as set by management.
• You will be producing insurance quotes, presenting coverages and closing sales. 
• You will be building relationships with current and future clients to build client retention. 
• You will be explaining our referral program at the insurance office and ask our current clients for referrals.

Requirements

• You Must currently possess a Property & Casualty License. 
• You have some sales experience. 
• You have a career-minded vision with longevity in mind.
• You are able to create relationships and build rapport quickly.
• You can learn quickly and be adaptable to change.
