The Bowker Insurance Group is looking to grow our THREE agency locations in Canton, Livonia & Plymouth with new Insurance Sales Representatives, and we hope it's with YOU! We are looking for passionate and eager Sales Representatives who will help our current and future clients find the right insurance policies to fit their unique needs. You will be generating your own leads so a positive attitude and driven mindset is going to be KEY. With career growth and tremendous opportunities, you will have great success at The Bowker Insurance Group. Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• You will be prospecting for new clients through networking, cold-calling and using lead databases.
• You will be meeting new business goals as set by management.
• You will be producing insurance quotes, presenting policies and closing sales. 
• You will be building relationships with current and future clients to increase client retention. 
• You will be explaining our referral program at the insurance office and ask our current clients for referrals.

Requirements

• Currently possess a Property & Casualty License. 
• You have some sales experience. 
• You have a career-minded vision with longevity in mind.
• You create relationships and build rapport quickly.
• You have the ability to learn quickly and are adaptable to change.
