Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Lead Generation: Identify and target prospective clients through various networking strategies and community involvement.
• Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service by guiding clients through policy questions and ensuring a seamless interaction with Farmers Insurance.
• Policy Sales: Utilize sales strategies to convert leads into policyholders by matching clients with the appropriate insurance policies.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and policy changes to effectively educate and advise clients.
• Community Involvement: Participate in community events and build strong ties to the local area, enhancing the visibility and reputation of Farmers Insurance.

Requirements

• Licensing: Willingness to obtain or already possess the necessary insurance licenses for the state of Pennsylvania. No previous experience necessary, licensing assistance available.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential for client interactions.
• Proactivity: A self-starter attitude with a strong drive to achieve and meet goals.
