Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our high-performing agency. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. The CSR is often the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in maintaining our reputation as a customer-focused, top-tier insurance agency.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and certificates of insurance
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support licensed agents with administrative and service-related tasks
• Follow agency workflows and compliance standards
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to learn insurance products and agency systems
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Insurance experience or licensing is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Spanish Speaking Preferred.
