We are seeking an experienced, Licensed Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing Farmers Insurance agency with offices in multiple states. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on virtual and phone-based life insurance sales with strong earning potential for motivated producers.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Sell individual life insurance products to new and existing clients
• Work primarily virtual and phone-based appointments
• Follow up with inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting
• Conduct needs-based consultations and present customized life solutions
• Primarily focus on life insurance, with the option to cross-sell additional lines
• Maintain accurate records and follow sales processes
• Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Life Insurance License (required)
• Minimum 2 years of life insurance sales experience
• Proven phone and virtual sales success
• Strong closing ability and consultative sales skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Professional communication and follow-up skills
