Job Description
As a Commercial CSR, you'll be the go-to expert for our commercial clients ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly support. You'll help manage policies, respond to inquiries, create certificates, and identify opportunities to enhance coverage through cross-selling and upselling.
Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier customer service to new and existing commercial insurance clients
- Handle client inquiries and tailor solutions to meet their insurance needs
- Generate certificates of insurance and process policy changes
- Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements
- Active insurance license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking abilities
