Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • A Property & Casualty license is required
  • A Life & Health license is preferred but will train a good individual.
  • Interested in a sales career, minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred
  • Create relationships from a cold start with a professional phone/personal etiquette.
  • Great Customer Service Skills and be capable of handling customer rejection.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
