Our fast-paced growing insurance agency is seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person! As a full-time Commercial/Life Insurance Sales Producer you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. NOT a Remote Position and MUST complete the Assessment AND Video Interview to be considered!

Expected income $70,000 - $100,000.00 per year

Salary: $50,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Market and develop rapport to business owners in the area

Requirements

• Life Licensed in Texas
• P&C Licensed in Texas
• Bilingual is beneficial
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coach-able, and work under pressure!
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Be a fantastic presenter
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Must be skilled at typing (60+ wpm)
• Must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phone
• Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
• Have no felonies
• Must have reliable transportation
• Preferably live in or near South Arlington 76017
• Will be sent an online Assessment and Video Interview to complete to be considered.
